What is ETT?

Emotional Transformational Therapy…is a therapeutic tool that changes feeling states using light and color. By briefly discussing the emotional or physical distress, then exposing the client’s eyes to colors that match those emotions, and altering the angle at which light enters the eyes, the client’s distress can be alleviated rapidly.

Emotional Transformational Therapy® can provide relief for…

Sounds like snake oil? Hogwash? Hippie Dippy Nonsense? Trust me I thought so too till I tried it. ETT is a tool, that can be used to address conditions like trauma that often stem from unconscious areas of the brain. ETT can uncover the reasons, intentions, trauma, and emotions behind the distress or undesirable symptoms.

It is important to note that ETT can cause rapid and meaningful changes sometimes beyond client expectations. Clients often ask, “Is this real?” or “How is this possible?” Such experiences are typical and can indicate the need to shift from surprise to appreciation or gratitude.

ETT has amazing research and can provide amazing results, but it is not a cure-all. Like all therapeutic modalities ETT works best when the client is emotionally involved and there is strong therapeutic rapport. Based on understanding, positive regard, trust, and empathy. With the therapeutic relationship as a baseline, ETT can help clients process distress quickly.
